My clients benefit hugely from the use of Personal Training. I am able to personalise an exercise program to meet the exact needs and requirements of that client. This will ensure that progress is made in the minimum of time and with maximum effect. Exercise' need to be appropriate for each individual. Each exercise also needs to be performed at the correct intensity to suit the ability of that client. It is with this experience and knowledge that Personal Trainer's are worth thier weight in gold.
I am passionate about health and fitness, sports play a huge role in my life. I started out as a keen footballer with aspirations of playing professionally, but my career was cut short through injury. I then turned to running, mainly marathon distance but more recently Ultra Marathons. I also love Badminton and am involved at many levels from coaching to playing competitively.
I use sports not not just to keep myself fit and healthy, but also as a means to meet new people and travel the world participating in sporting events. However, not everyone shares in the same goals and aspirations as i do. Whatever your personal ambitions may be, keeping fit and healthy will have a major impact in helping you to realise and achieve these goals and release your full potential.
